KOMA Service
In a bakery, production often runs day and night. The reliability of refrigeration and freezing systems is therefore essential. A malfunction can not only lead to production losses, but also affect planning and logistics.
Remote Monitoring
Proper maintenance and continuous monitoring reduce the risk of unexpected malfunctions. That is why KOMA offers various options for maintaining and monitoring your installation. KOMA Service consists of two components: Remote Monitoring and the annual inspection.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
With KOMA Remote Monitoring, your installation is continuously monitored. Relevant system data is securely transmitted to the KOMA monitoring platform.
Our specialists monitor, among other things, the system status, performance parameters and operating conditions. This allows deviations to be detected at an early stage.
Monitoring is therefore not only intended to detect malfunctions. By identifying changes in the behaviour of an installation at an early stage, action can often be taken before a malfunction occurs.
Monitoring by our specialists
KOMA Remote Monitoring is staffed 24/7 by our own specialists. This means that the system does not simply generate an automatic alert. When a deviation is detected, it is assessed by a specialist.
Where possible, a problem can be resolved remotely. If an on-site visit is required, our service technician already knows what is happening before arriving. This allows the malfunction to be addressed efficiently, with the appropriate parts and materials brought along.
This helps reduce downtime and, where possible, avoids the need for a service visit.
The benefits of
Remote Monitoring
- 24/7 monitoring of your installation
- Early detection of deviations
- Many malfunctions can be analysed and resolved remotely
- Service technicians are better prepared for on-site visits
- Reduced risk of unexpected downtime
- Insight into the long-term performance of your installation
Annual inspection
During the annual inspection, the installation is checked for proper operation and technical condition. The necessary leak tests are also carried out.
The inspection forms part of the statutory requirements that apply to refrigeration systems and refrigerants. The frequency and scope of the inspections depend on the installation and the applicable regulations.
An inspection also provides insight into the condition of the installation and any points requiring attention. This allows maintenance work to be planned in good time and helps prevent unnecessary downtime.
Breakdown response
Act quickly when every minute counts
Despite proper maintenance and continuous monitoring, malfunctions can never be completely ruled out. In such cases, you can rely on KOMA's service organisation. Our specialists analyse the malfunction immediately and determine what action is required to get your installation operational again as quickly as possible.
Through Remote Monitoring, we often already have important information before a service technician arrives. This allows us to take targeted action and bring the right parts with us. With experienced service technicians, specialist knowledge and an extensive stock of spare parts, we minimise the impact of malfunctions.
Knowledge of your installation
From design to service
Our service technicians have experience with various KOMA installations and hold the necessary certifications for working on refrigeration systems, including F-gases and CO₂.
We also maintain an extensive stock of spare parts. This allows us to quickly provide the required parts in the event of a malfunction or during maintenance work.
Our service organisation is spread across the Benelux and Germany. This enables us to support customers in these regions from multiple locations.
Service from the start
Service does not only begin once an installation is operational. When purchasing a KOMA installation, our specialists also discuss the options for monitoring, inspection and maintenance. This ensures that the installation and the service surrounding it are aligned from the outset.
The service required depends, among other things, on the installation, its application and how it is used. Our specialists can advise you on the available options and work with you to determine which service best suits your situation.
