All KOMA installations can be monitored remotely, using the TeleGuard system. All the controls developed by us are TeleGuard compatible, which enables us to offer a maximum level of security. Trouble affecting your installations is immediately detected by this system and automatically reported to the monitoring division in our call centre at Roermond. We take immediate action to remedy the defect remotely, or alternatively, in consultation with you, we mobilise our service engineers.

Krass: 24 hour control and quality monitoring by the KOMA systems via your own pc at home or in your head office
Krass is a pc application developed by Koma in accordance with the most up-to-the-minute techniques and state-of-the-art software. The name KRASS stands for Koma Remote Access Service System.
The Krass software is installed on an ordinary pc (in your office or at home). You will need to provide suitable PC equipment yourself. Communication with your installations and with the registration system takes place via the TeleGuard-system using a permanent connection.
Should anything go wrong with the installation,TeleGuard then takes immediate action. The problem could be an anomaly, forgetting to close a door, a defect in one of the installations or even a power cut. TeleGuard in that case will immediately inform the Koma Service Team.
